Shipping Policy

1.Processing Time
Orders will be processed within 1‑5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time does not include weekends and holidays.

2.Shipping & Delivery
We ship goods from China to countries all over the world via international logistics. Different destinations correspond to different shipping rates shown on the checkout page.
Estimated delivery time: 15‑35 business days, subject to customs clearance and local postal efficiency.

3.EU Import Tax Notice
We do not provide IOSS service for EU shipments. All VAT, import duties and customs fees for parcels shipped to the European Union shall be borne by the buyer. The buyer may receive tax bills from local customs upon arrival.

4.Customs & Duties
For all destinations including EU countries, any import duties, customs fees or local taxes incurred in the destination country shall be borne by the buyer.

5.Shipping Address
Please double‑check your shipping address when ordering. We are not responsible for non‑delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by buyers.

6.Undeliverable Parcel
If the parcel is returned to us due to reasons on the buyer’s side, the buyer shall bear the round‑trip freight cost.
